Sorry...if this topic has been brought up so many times, still I need some personal advise(s) !!!!
My details PD: 9/17/99, ND: 10/02/2000, EAD Dec 2000, FP: Jan 2001, Waiting for approval, Registered as RVL in Immitracker also....
Now, the question....
My present project would end this month, a new client through a middle company is willing to take me as an indep consultant and not as a corp-corp, my GC sposoring company is not willing for anything other than corp-corp..both are equally adamant...client not willing even for a contract period of 3 mths, my company not willing to send even for 3 mths leave,...
What are my options now ?? In the present market conditions, i dont want to lose this opp which involves no relocation, rate accepatble even for my sponsor company,.......just confused a loooooot......
