Hi Jaxen and others!

I am planning to change my employer soon. I have crossed 180 days after 485 filing. Sal. is 15k more than labor and job duties are same with different title. The location is same. It is not a layoff. It is a voluntary change.
do you think I have to notify INS about job change using AC21 ? or wait for RFE and then notify?

There is no definite procedure to follow in such circumstances. If the job description /responsibilities are same or similar, salary should not matter. One would definitely save time and later heartburn by exercising AC21. But do it through an experienced lawyer.
