job change after receiving EAD

As everyone knows that visa dates are current for all categories. Can some one clarify the following?

1. Can I change my job after get the EAD?
2. AND if (I can change the job), are there any restrictions on the new job for example, do I need to find the job that has the same responsibilities as my present job and the new employer has the same back ground as old employer ( the one who initiated the GC process)..
