Job change after GC - 1/2 months

Scenario: GC approved a 1/2 month back. If person with same company for 5 yrs and not happy with the job.
and wants to find a new job in the same field.

What is your take on it for moving from the GC Sponsoring company within 2/3 months of the GC.?

Please advice.
