Job change after EB3 I140 Subs approved

Hi friends,

My I-140 (EB3, substitution) application was recently approved. see my signature for details. Now, I am getting another job opportunity in same field, but the title is considerably different (Senior Engineer ---> Director).

1. Do I need to file PERM and I-140 again for the new employer? Or can I just file I-485 with the new employer?
2. Can I port the PD of the Substitution LC & approved I-140 from the existing employer to the new employer? Like I said, field of employment is same but title is considerably higher.

Please help!

----YES, but if present employer is ready to give you permanent job offer letter then you can file I-485. GC is for Future job
Or can I just file I-485 with the new employer?
----------------NO, you can file I-485 based on job offer letter of employer who filed I-140.
2. Can I port the PD of the Substitution LC & approved I-140 from the existing employer to the new employer?
-------------------YES, when file second I-140 ask the lawyer to recapture early PD , give him copy of past I-140 approval notice or any evidence that I-140 in past was approved for you.
Like I said, field of employment is same but title is considerably higher.
