I just want to know how long you need be with the company which sponsored your green card after the 485 stamping in the passport.
---stick with them for minimum 6 months
Would there be any problem to come out and start own company befor getting the plastic card?
--- if you got your PP stamped then you may get Card in 2-3 months, card is not a problem, Stamp in passport serve as GC, you can start the company but if you change the employer immidiatly after I-485 approval it clearly shows that you did not have Intent to work permanently with employer , it can be fraud on your part and employer can inform the USCIS and then problems.
Let me know your opinions.
--- work minimum 6 months with the employer fulltime OR get laid off, if the employer gives you letter that he does not have job for you then you are safe and keep that letter with you till you apply citizenship and at the time of interview if any question like why you left the employer immidiatly after GcC then show the letter that employer fired you.
