Job Change after 180 days

I laid off 2 months back from company A and my I-485 is pending since more than a year(Nov'2001). I got a new job at company B and starting from tomorrow.. Do i have to inform (AC21) INS or not?? Company B bought by company C and the company B name changing to cpmpany C after few months..
Please let me know when to be informed to INS about job change ? If I didn't inform before my I-485 approval is any problems after approva..???
 
I suggest u don't inform INS yet and wait for RFE or inform later

It suggest both alternatives, either inform the INS, or wait for an RFE. Both has it's pros & cons, u may consult a qualified attorney to rview your case and provide the best suggestioon. But waiting for an RFE maybe a viable option.
 
Is any one filed AC21 and let me know the suggestions. How much lawyer may chrge to prepare and file AC21....
 
Sheela Murthy charges around $ 500 to prepare and file AC21
but if you file I-485 she charges around 1500 + INS fees and AC21 letter fees will be extra.
