Job Change after 180 days

My Rd is 01/15/02, and ND is 01/16/02 , Now I may be getting chance to join client place with same job responsibilities, salary may be 10k less than what ever mentioned in my labor. Please could somebody tell is there any problem? if i join.
 
You may be okay if the salary is prevailing in that area at the specific time. Earlier job responsibility only was critical.

If RFE comes, you can give the recent pay stubs. If INS is not satisfied with that, they may call for interview. Hope you have the same attorney representing your case, who can help you in that situation.

Nello2, Could you explain about job responsibilties. I remember that they put my title as an software engineer. riht now they are offering sr.programmer or Assistant analyst BUT client mentioned job responsibilities are same, only titile change is it o.k? please clarify

title is not very important

If your primary function is programming, all these titles mean the same. You must get the detailed job profile from new client and verify with the responsibilities mentioned in Labor Certification. If they are very close, I don't think, it's an issue. Discuss with your lawyer also.
 
I agree with the previous poster...it won't be an issue. But here's what I'd do, I'd say to the company you want to go to....can you call my job title "X" X = the same as your current job title. This should pose no problem to them, it's only a label and explain why you wan't to do that. I did that and the company was happy to let me call the job title whatever I wanted to.

Also it's good if you can use the same lawyer, but really this does not matter at all either.

This is pretty standard.
