Job Change after 180 days.

Hi Gurus.
1) You can change job after 180 days.. But is it 180 days from RD or ND???

2) The new job has to have the same responsibilities..fine. But can the salary be more than the one specified on the Labor from the previous employer or does it have to be the same or less????

It is 180 days from RD.
Salary can be same or more. If it is lesser, there may be a problem.
