Job change after 140 approval

Hi
I filed two 140 petitions as Outstanding researcher (employer sponsored) and NIW (self sponsored) with TSC. Both of them have been approved in a month. Very fast. Now I have to file I-485. I am thinking to change my job after filing 485. Pl. clarify the following questions.

1) If I want to change job without any waiting period, filing 485 under which 140 will be good? I understood that filing 485 under outstanding researcher 140 will have 6 months waiting period. Is there any waiting period filing 485 under NIW.

2)If I change job after filing 485, do i need to get any support letters or any documents from the new employer.

2) Type of 140 will have any influence on the pace of 485 approval?

3) After filing 485 in TSC, can I look for job anywhere in USA or I have to look only within the TSC jurisdiction.

Thanks

I think you should file I-485 based upon the approval of your NIW I140. OR requires the offer a permanent job. So if the USCIS interviews you for your I-485 and figures out that you changed your job, they may question that the position you held while applying for OR might not be permanent in nature (and a major reason they approved your OR is that your position was permanent). That is not an issue for NIW because a permanent job offer is not required for that category. As long as you stay in the same field, they don't really care if you change your job.

I have 8 papers, 6 confrence, 8 recommendation letters, ph.d, 4 journal reviewer, 25 citations. Worked through attorney

Attorney highlighted my achievements but I don't think he mentioned anywhere that my achievement are greater than other researchers in this field.

While this may sound strange in light of accepted norms, I did receive an RFE in April 2004 for my NIW asking for evidence that my current job was in the intrinsic national interest. This was CSC.
