Job Application-Immigration Status

Hello,

I am filling out employment application online and I have come across these two questions.

1)Are you legally authorized to work in the United States?
2)Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B or other work visa)?

I am wondering if it's a No for question 1 and a Yes for question 2 even if it's a TN?They also provide a space to explain and I am wondering what exactly should I put in there?

I've done these stupid online forms before and I just did this:
1. Yes
2. Yes
Explanation:
I am a Canadian citizen already holding a TN status for another US position. I need a simple job offer letter to present to the USCBP for a TN for this position.

BTW, I got jobs through applications like this twice both ended up being multi-year positions.
Who goes through this stuff on the companies end though will determine whether you get contacted, etec, etc.
