JIT dates

No they are changed only per USCIS discretion, there is no prescribed cycle or frequency.

may be you are a newbie here, there was a time the JIT never changed for almost a year.

JIT Date

Hi,

Do you mean when the processing dates are released, or when the processing dates actually change?

The USCIS releases processing dates between once and twice a month... it's not very consistent, but typically we see notices about what dates are being worked on between one and two times a month.

Now, if you mean when the JIT date for I485 processing moves forward, well that's a totally different matter. Here's a log I've been keeping of the movement of the I485 processing date according to the JIT reports. As golumolu observes there was almost no progress for a year. Pathetic.

As I have said before, JIT dates are like the bow ties on a Chip 'n Dale dancer... It really doesn't matter.

From the above table, though the processing date itself hasn't changed for a long time, the dates are posted almost regulary at twice a month. So, new posting should be out anytime, considering the last one is done on May 19th. But that does not mean processing date will change, but my guess is that it will change.

This is exactly what I meant.
There may or may not be changes in the processing dates. But, atleast JIT report would be published. Was curious to know if the dates had moved.

I had spoken to an IIO some few weeks back and she said that the JIT are released every 5th and 20th of the month.

Taking into account that many January and February cases are still not processed it seems unlikely that JIT should change. If I understand correctly the new USCIS strategy is to process cases with different months (Jan- June 2002and ?? 2003) of ND paralelly.

However nothing is certain in the ways USCIS does its business. Let us hope JIT will move :)
