Hi,

My 485 details are:
EB2/RIR
PD: 06/15/2002
MD: 02/08/2002
RD: 02/11/2002
ND: 02/27/2002
EAD Approved 03/27/2002 ( Check AVM )
State: MA

Now I will have to travel to my native country India in first week of next month. I will be going for 3 weeks. Now my question is:

Will I get FP notice within that period? If yes then what should do. My trip is immediate and I dont want to mess up and prepond FP.

Gurus any suggestion would be appricated?

Yes those are correct dates.

My question is:

Will it ever happen that I may get FP notice in my absense i.e. Next month?

If it cannot happen... I\'m all set. If it does then what can I do?

My 2 cents...

I guess you are fine...First of all you wont receive the FP so soon and secondly even if you get it, usually the FP date is after a month or so...So no problem either way!

P.S. : Your PD doesnt look right!
