My 485 was received 12/06/01 and I have done my FP 02/26/02.I have filed to extend my L1 visa, I received a letter for more info,sent the info(which they already had)and have not heard anything since 11/30/01.Do I need to worry about this or does my 485 or I140 supperseed L1. Do you think I should file for EAD and another thing is the company I have done the L1 is going BK 03/30/02. PLEASE HELP. THANKS.
