Jim Mills - Can I go to Boston office??

I have applied to CSC for 485/EAD/AP. Currently have a H4 and have not yet completed the 90 days. I live in California but I have a job offer from Boston. Since the Boston center is fast in issuing iEAD, can I go to them and get my iEAD and start working.
