I have a question, The Status for me and my family is in as follows :
H1 and H4 Valid till Feb 2003, Got EAD for self and wife.
NO Advance Parole Applied.
1. Heard that you DO NOT Need AP for travelling out if you have a valid H1/H4, Am I right ??
2. Suppose we travel outside the country and our 485 gets approved, How can we get in :
a. With H1/H4 ?? With no AP, Is it OK or any known issues..
b. With the 485 approval notice (Suppose the attorneys send the original to us via Fedex)
3. What happens when say the primary applicant\'s 485 gets approved and there is an RFE for my wife, if we are outside the country..
4. What happens when say the primary applicant\'s 485 gets approved and there is an RFE for my wife and we want to travel outside, AP will be necessary ??
