Jim/Jaxen Need Help on H1 Transfer or to get New H1 from new company?

Hi,
I am without pay from Nov 2001 with company A,now i got offer from company B.To work for company B I need to be on their H1, as I don\'t have pay from Nov2001 which one is advicable for me: to go on H1B transfer or filing of new H1?

I am planning to go for premium processing,how much time does it take to get H1 and how much time to get EAC number?

furnish .....

You can furnish whatever paystubs you have and also send copies of W-2 also. In worst scenerio, INS may send the approval with condition for you to get your visa stamped in your home country before you start working.
