I have submitted H1 & H4 Revalidation application at St. Louis on 11th of Nov. "Still Waiting" I have to travel to India latest by January 18th (brother's marriage to attend) .
Our current Visa stamp expires on Feb1 2003. We have a new I 797 with same company till Nov.2004.
1) Is there any other option accept Withdrawal?
2) Is there any way, Washington will take special request?
3) Can I avoid stamping process in India and come back? (My company financials are not so strong)
