I work for a company A on a H1B visa and they just merged with another company B. Now company B is transferring the H1B to their name since the merged company will be using their name. They filed and are waiting for a "Notice of Action". I plan to travel outside the USA during this period. Is that OK? Also my wife is on an H4. Do I need to have her visa transferred as well?

Any help/advice will be appreciated. Thanks Sure Vit
 
You do not have to have your wife\'s H-4 transferred

You should also be able to travel but you need to discuss the matter with the attorney who filed the H-1 "transfer".
