Jim and Others : Salary Issue for Green Card

Working for Company A with a salary of 95K/annum
Company B is willing to do green card for future employment for a salary of approx 60K/annum

Will there be any problem reg the salary during green card process??
Please let me know asap as my LC application is pending with the attorney.
 
Why not ask the attorney?

As long as the salary offered is over the prevailing wage for the position and location offered there should not be a problem. There\'s no way to know if this is the situation in your case. Whther a similar case is approved or not is not all that relevent since the facts are obviously not identical.

Your attorney certainly should know.
