I am looking for help regarding the designated official for signature for J1 waiver through IGA grounds. I work in the NOAA, which falls under the department of commerce and I see that it is not listed in the DOS website for designated officials for signatures. Is there any information on whom to sign when one department has not formally designated some one to sign these waivers. Any help is highly appreciated.
