Jaxen & Others:Job Title / Job Description Question

Hi all,

As I understand from postings in this board, three things to be taken care of while using AC21:

(Top Priority) - Job Description
(2nd Priority) - Job Title
(Last Priority) - Salary

My case : Salary matches exactly. New Job description is a large superset of the previous job description- focussing on the same kind of activities. But, Job title becomes Lead Developer, but labor was for Senior Programmer/Analyst.

What should I do ? The new job is much more stable in a respected company.

My Opinion

Expanded responsibilities (description is not a good word) is ok. It has been 1-3 years since your LC application right? So there is nothing wrong in increase of resposibilities.

(1) Yes, my LC has been approved 1.5 years back.

(2) Yes, Increase in responsibilities in the same line of occupation is reflected in the Job Description.

Hi guys,
where exactly do I look for in my application set regarding 1. job description 2. job title -in the LC or I 140 ? Guess its LC but please clarify.
