Jaxen - need your help of I-102

Hi Jaxen,

I'm planning to visit San Francisco District office this week to request for my I-94 dates to be adjusted(may be file i-102). Could you please help me w.r.t

a. what documents i need to take with me,
b. when would be best time to be there
c. how do i behave while iam there
d. anything i need to do that helps me best to get
I-94 adjusted.


Appreciate any info you provide.

You need your I797, passport, Driver's License-ID and a letter from employer (giving employment details and requesting I102 approval)
Download from http://www.immigration.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-102.htm and be ready with $100 as fee (cash or personal check)

Only way to know is by going there and making an attempt

In most offices you need to be there early (SFO opens at 7, so I recommend atleast 5 am for the Q). Most of the wait time will be outside waiting to meet the IIO to get the ticket.
