Hi,

My I485 filed in TSC in 12/2001. I might have to find a job due to possible lay-off. If job description in labor says
"design, develop, test of software....of Telecom Systems"
Do I have to find next job in Telecom field only? OR I can job in different industry doing design, develop, test of softare?

2) If INS sends any RFE, how soon/late I have respond?

Any related industry where similar demand exists should be fine. The INS definitions do not take the type of industry into account, especially for software, since it is still analyze, design and develop irrespectivfe of industry.

The RFE will mention the response time, usually 15 -30 days..
