In DS157, List all countries you have entred in the last ten years.
(Give year of each visit).

Do I have to put duration of dates of each visit like
FEB 2003 – April 2003 ------- Visited India
April 2003 ---- Entered USA.

Or just say

Feb 2003 – Visited India for vacation
April 2003 – Entered USA.

Also I worked for a company in emirates. Do I have to show employment dates (Stay period.

Feb 1999 --- dec 1999
Or just say

Feb 1999 --- Visited Emirates for employment.

Please respond.

------- if you worked in emirates write the name of company or write the dates From XYZ date to ABC date I worked in emirates as….. if it was only VISIT then write Visited

*** This working in emirate may create problem for Visa revalidation, better write a cover letter or attach a sheet with DS-157 and explain the dates, name of employer/company your job title, your skills and the duration of job. This will make clear to them about your background or work in emirates. I am writing this because I read 4-5 post that who worked in Dubai in past and wrote it on DS157 were denied Visa revalidation from DOS and were asked to get visa from home country. This is not to scare you many have got visa revalidated who worked in Saudi, UAE
