FP Pending Review
Hi my husband and myself gave the Finger Prints January'23rd. When we checked the online status today, the staus is as follows.....

"On February 10, 2004, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review"

What exactly the message means. When I checked the status 1 week back the message says..."On January 26th we sent a notice for Finger Prints etc....." But we gave our Finger Prints on January 23rd itself as per the scheduled date.


I request you to post your thoughts on the FP Pending Review.

Your FP results are pending with FBI. Soon you will see a message, "...results of your finger-printing were received and processing has resumed on this case...."
 
I checked with FBI on January last week and they said that finger prints were sent to INS on January'23rd(that is the date I gave my finger prints).
 
we have the same message. I called FBI few months back and they told they they have already reviewed. Looks like TSC has not updated.
 
Me and my wife gave FP in Feb and the status was updated within 4 days as "FP received and resumed review blah blah blah"
