Jaxen, After getting IEAD is there any need to go to Social security office. I am on H1 B and having SSN valid for work only( I am also on H1B and my spouse is Primary)

Not necessary

U can take the "for employment purposes only" tag out from the SSN card, after you get the actual green card. U cannot take that phrase out using EAD.
