January visa bulliten is out

if ROW means worldwide then yes .......but i dont know what excuse they will have now......they always have some whenever visa is available
 
Stupid reason.....we entered usa as visitors rather on transit going to canada and stayed for 3 days from 7th to 10 th march 1996 and we applied here in 2003(in between for the whole time we were in canada ,applied and got citizenship there). they deniad our cases and said that we entered in 1996 and never went back.although they had our canadian documents that showed that we were in canada .
