You don't need to wait that long. 2 year 9 months after you got your conditional GC is when you can apply.

My card also arrived today!!! It is now oficially over!!! Now is citizenship in 2.7 years. Good luck to all of you!!!

or can't apply with pending case I751 and 2+9months after u got your conditional green card??

Here is my timeline for those still waiting:

February 5th - sent I751 to VCS
February 17th - receipt & 1 year extension
July 1st - got an email: "Card production ordered"

yeah I got mine too, was out of town for the past 2 weeks but date on letter says june 17th, so I'm thinking it probably arrived in mail June 23rd or something. I picked it up until yesterday though.
