nylabor,

I think you can wait few more days right?, since you have time till mid June, you should able to apply extention some time in May. Prepare the paper work and wait till mid May or so. I think you will get I-140 resutls by that time.

Again, these are just my thoughts.

Not able to check my case status online - Added my entry to the list

Hi Guys:

My I140 has been filed @ NSC on Jan 23rd 2006, I am not able to check the case status online. Did any one face this kind of problem before?

Guys,
My 140RD date is 12/22/05. I noticed a LUD change yesterday but no Case Status. Its blank. Is that a good or bad sign?

I am very glad to see the I-140 Approvals coming soon after a long wait for Labor Approval. I have to wait and check how the retrogression/cutoff dates move for EB3 to apply I-485/EAD/AP..

Jan FD I140 - still pending

Hi,

Here are the details of my I140

Habs4 ------ Nov 15 - EB2 - Jan 17- Jan 20 - NSC -? - pending

My labor approved through PERM on Dec and I don't meet the 365 days criteria to apply for my 7th year extension
My I140 was received on Jan 20,2006 and is still pending and I am in a critical situation where I need to have my I140 approved by April end 2006 to apply for my 7th year extention. My 6 year visa expires on May 06.

I see I140 APPROVED for some friends during the timeframe of I140 RD Jan15-Jan25. I checked my attorney and they said it takes about 3 months to get the I140 Approved in NSC which concerns me a lot now.

Suri, pal96, Sree,erto : Can you please tell me where are your companies located for me to understand if your regional offices were different.

My company is located in Chicago,Illinois.

I filed on 12/10/05. I think NSC is approving the fresh cases (Feb'06) and past burried I guess.

How can I find my case status @ NSC without LIN#

Dear All

Its my first post in this forum.

My LC got approved on Dec 24, 2005. My Employer (based in IL) and Attorney applied for I-140 at NSC. The application was received at NSC on Feb 13, 2006. (confirmation from Fedex)

I am unable to get LIN#. Is there any possiblity of finding out the status of I-140 @ NSC without a LIN#?

I hear different stories about approval time. Its ranging from 4 months to 7 months.

NSC websites shows current Receipt Notice Date as of Aug 16, 2005

Which of the above dates is more realistic?

My Case is EB2 RIR. I am completing my 6th year in Sep 06.

Appreciate any response from the I-140 community.

Mine is December 15, 2005 and still waiting and frustrating experience. Everyday a torture for us. You guys are so worried for 2006 cases. How about us who have applied before 2006? :confused:
