I filed for my H-1B visa revalidation on Jan '04.

Sent to St.Louis Dt: JAN-07-2004
St.Louis Received Dt: JAN-08-2004
DC Received Dt: ?

Does any one filed on Jan '04 or could help how we can find out the DC Received Dt.?

means payable to
and what mode ?money order or cashier check??
which one is good
 
visa and reciprocal fees

I used a cashier check payable to "U.S. Department of State". My friends did the same and they did not face any problems.
 
Is there any number to be called in St.Louis and DC

Some more questions:

1. In DS 157. In question List of countries visited. I have to write like. Right? Means my base willbe USA. (FROM USA what all countries visited.

FEB 2003 India.
Jan 2002 Mexico


2. In DS157 ITEM 3. Full name in native language. can i write full name in english. Iam from Bombay.
What should i write....

3. I have seen people getting queries for compressive employment offer. Our HR wrote empl letter describing duties like this . Is it ok. Or iam have to mention what all s/w and applications used etc...

My Visa stamp expired on 02/07/2003. Will it be a problem in passport revalidation? Pls advice.

I sent my H1 reval last week. My $0.02...

I compiled it in a worksheet whic will calculate #of days...

Questions:

how can we trac the DC date/Approval date etc? Do they have a website? Is there a phone number to call?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

How can we find the DC Received date? Is there a phone number/website etc?

Hi Guys,
I am planning to go to India in May last week. Is it risky to send now for visa revalidation. Myne is H1b extension. My wife's case is H1 to H4. How many days it will take if I send next week?
