Looks like not many people filed in Jan

Well it could

be not many people caught up with the flow and started tracking on
pcee\'s list . Many people you see who are getting approved say there
were not on any tracking list . Again it depends on 140 approvals in
the past months and some people might have opted for CP .

It seems CSC is moving very fast
