FP : 05/22
I140 : approved for CP
 
I think they should start approving...

I think pretty soon they should start approving December, 2000/January, 2001 cases.
 
Anyone tried checking AVM

I am FEB2001 filer.
So far AVM is not updated with my EAC-01-103-xxxx
Does AVM can recognize DEC/JAN filers\' EACs?
 
ND 02/13/01 FP 05/18/01 As per IIO, I may need to wait 4 to 6 months

Spoke to IIO, She said I need to wait 4 to 6 months. Because they want to hold the 2001 cases, till they clear pnding cases. So we may see a brief stop in Dec 2000. Nothing we can do. Wait for longer.

Still AVM Says CASE NOT FOUND. Is any body get changed the AVM, after CASE NOT FOUND.

Yes, AVM recognizes the DEC/JAN cases. I checked recently and got the same standard msg your application has been received blah blah....

AVM still says case not found for ND 01/16/2001

It is still saying case not found at this time. I have been hearing this for past 4-5 months now. Thinking of calling IIO and checking on with them.
