btw I just now found out that RFEs were issued on 10 June for both my EAD and AP and the Last Updated Date changed to 14 June.

What abt ur case? Any news yet?

May be I am hoping that the status inquiry on AP on 7 June did the trick?

Man, we are truely twins. I just got exactly the same as you did: RFEs for EAD/AP were issued on June 10, and status were changed on June 14 to reflect the RFEs.

I called my attonet moments ago, and they haven't received the RFEs yet.

I called my lawyer too in the morning. They still didn't receive anything.

May be I am hoping the RFE might be abt photos and/or copies of passport pages.

Keep me updated as u know more abt ur case. I will do the same.
btw what happened to ur wife's case? Was she also issued RFEs?

USCIS also issued RFEs for yy wife's EAD/AP. Apparently her cases are handled together with mine.

Not yet. I guess it probably has something to do my passport expiration date, since I didn't renew my passport until after I have submitted my application. My passport expiration date on USCIS's file is still June 14.

Received the RFEs for EAD/AP today 17 June 2004

I (My attorney) received both my RFEs (for EAD and AP) today

Both are same

RFEs: copies of passport pages and/or Driver's license or any other form of photo ID


my question: I live in NJ and my old expired driver's license has my photo but not my renewal license.

should i send it or not? (my attorney asked for it too along with copies of passport)

I am thinking to send color copies of both passports (old and new) and also both licenses (expired with photo and new)

Will the USCIS accept it?
Also how long does it take to get the approval of these documents after they receive the RFE responses

Any comments are welcome

My attoney called me yesterday telling me that the RFEs request clear copies of photo pages of passport and driver lic, just like your case.

Sorry I don't know the answer to your question. I am also thinking of sending color copies to them, but not sure if it will really make a difference.

Where have you been man?
No updates as of now.
My attorney received the RFEs on 17 June and I sent the documents to my attorney on 18 June and they received on 21 June. Nut my attorney just replied to the RFEs yesterday 28 June.

So still USCIS may not have received them yet

What's with you man?
