Jan/Feb RFE Waiters or Approved after RFE- Response Plz

welcome to the club! - don\'t bother about the 380 day thing

Normally you should hear from them within a month after submitting your response to RFE. However, it may take much longer as in some cases.

Could anyone see the trend in RFEs?

Based on the recent posts here, I think for the majority of the RFEs issued after Jan 15, the RFE-response-ack-date per AVM is Feb 5 or Feb 6. One of those cases was approved yesterday. May be they started looking at these cases. Just an assumption, I may be wrong.

I learnt from AVM that I got RFE on 02/04/02 and I got RFE info from my old attorney on 02/12/02, RFE for latest birth certificates which we included in 485. so, my question is "just affidavits from my parents and uncle\'s are enough to reply RFE or do I need to send schooling birthcertificates which I don\'t have ?????????"

I changed my employer after 180 days.

It was me who had mentioned that you can throw in your school certificates also if you have them - BUT THEY ARE NOT NEEDED.
 
It would be nice to think that, but

the one which was approved yesterday was the one for which response was mailed on 01/24/2002 and AVM updated on 2/1/2002.

My BC from Hospital, they want it from Municipality
My wife\'s BC issued in 2000, they claim it is too much later \'after the fact\'
Sent in Affidavits and oldest document available that has both parents name (as requested in the RFE).

Hello rituriya,

Thank you for your response for RFE.
Can you please brief your RFE details(ie. when did u get RFE and what kind of doct. submitted.).
And also doubting about BC affidavit RFE. Because I saw in one of the forum they mention, If we get BC recently (I got it 12/2000) before filing 485, INS may ask for Affidavit, even though Birth was registered when I born.

How about your case? Have you got any RFE on your BC? Have you submitted recent dated BC?
