Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr/May - I 140 for CP

AVM..

I have been checking AVM everyday, and most of the daus I do it twice. No progress!! I did get a reply from Mumbai consulate where my I-140 papers were filed. INS requested the Mumbai consulate to send bakc my I-140 papers on April 16 ie just 1.5 months after my 485 application. The Mumbai Consulate took its won time and sent the papers on October 16 2001. Its been 5 months since, so I am pretty sure that INS has my I-140 papers, I don\'t know whats hplding them now!!!
