Jan-Feb cases approval

I had a colleague shout at me when he saw this post, he is a Oct case still pending :D :D
 
Any idea when wac-02-089-5**** can get approved?????

I have been looking at all the issues for a long time in this forum. And I have been waiting for my approval also like a lot of other members. But can any one say how much more time it is going to take for my approval???

I have got some urgent issues to attend in India. But I am stuck here with AOS. My ND is Jan 17th 2002. RD is same. Got second EAD, Second AP. Waiting to get FP expired. It will in another month also. My company said "work on H1, we won't apply an extension for H1", I said fine. It has been like more than 580 days that I filed I - 485.

I have no idea how long this is going to take. But honestly I would like to know any knife edge prediction for this. I would like to plan a visit to India.

I asked coz i saw some approvals of Jan in rupnet and just thout might ask ppl here if they have been approved or rupnet is only kidding around with us.

tell your colleage not to scream :) i can hear him here..
