I just sent an email to them about visa bulletin display problem on web site.
Others also pl do send email to DOS from contac us link :)
 
by 6 month? I wish! for other countires they moved only by 15 days...

my guess is until they move dates beyond April 30, into May 2001 it should be pretty slow... but once they breach end of Arpril they may really jump a little...
 
Why is every country stuck at April 01?

Guys and Gals,

I know about the 245i (unskilled and undocumented workers) filing by the thousands in April 01 but that should affect on the unskilled workers category. The country quota for China, India and other countries should keep their dates moving past April 01. Why then are dates for almost every EB3 country moving to April 01 and getting stuck? Anyone have a good reason?

I think resource problem. Same adjudicators will work on both "unskilled and undocumented" workers and skilled workers. After PD April 2001 cases are over they will move PDs. Just a guess. Who knows that black whole?
