Jan 2004 I-485 NSC inquiry

EB1 I-485 RD:1/14/2005. Since NSC process date moved to 6/1/04, I called 1-800-3755283 this morning but was only able to talk to a person who is apparently not an officer. She just asked my information and told me she will send an inquiry to NSC. I can only check again after 30 days.

I wonder if there is a way to reach the NCS officer directly to get the first hand information. Appears some gurus have successfully reached officers who handled the cases. My job becomes unstable and I am at the end of my 6th H1B year. Hope this long journey to be finished soon to be safe. Please help.

I too was told by CIS to check back with them in 30 days. I was able to get to an agent, but was told to contact the customer rep. to get a status on the case.

The customer rep. took all the information and had initiated an inquiry.

Its funny at NSC
As we are reading many Eb2 Approvals recently but looks like Eb1 related guys have taken sleeping pills.
May be your enquiry can initiate teh attraction!
