Jan 2004 I-140 LUD updated

I-140 (WAC0407xxxxxx) still missing on the phone - status still the same online. However, the LUD on the I-140 has been updated to today (8th Sep). Could this be because I had sent an email inquiry and got an email response yesterday (7th Sep)? - the response was the standard 360 days and they are processing July 2003 and they process cases in order (yeah right :-) ).

Hopefully not and something else is cooking !!!

as per flipper,CA service center processing july 2003 but many of May 2003 cases + some of 2002 cases still pending with CA service center.
They are just fooling us also they are doing more scrutiny on I-140 only bcos CIS having more power of I-140 only such as education, experience, company details etc.bcos I-485 is for individual only.
Out of all service centers, CA service center doing more scrutiny on I-140, dont know why??, Initially there was no such scrutiny but now hell also they are moving very slow.
