Seriously considering AC21 but would love to have 485 before taking the great leap.
One potential complication is that my company was acquired after 140/485 filing, so 140 still bears old employer info. New employer is recommending filing a 140 "successor of interest" petition.
Questions:
a) Is the "successor of interest" petition potentially helpful or harmful?
b) Should I use AC21?
Any suggestions?
