As I mentioned on some other thread , we received the 2nd FPs scheduled for March 2nd (The envelopes were postmarked Jan 26 th)
I guess the FPs were triggered by an EAD that I applied for my wife on mid January (The EAD was approved in ~ 1 week)
Another interesting info : the message didn't change . Neither the LUD.

Weird FP

My wife had received her FP in Dec 03, I got mine in January 2005, 8th to be exact and I'm the primary applicant...

I am early 03 filer, It seems u are in same boat, however I never received any FP yet.
they did transfer ur case after FP. .........ummmmmm....

Did u change address ?

Did u change company?

Are u from SR country?


any issue u believe triger that transfer situation after FP?

btw be hopeful now days quick interview in miami.

I changed my address in September of 2003, called NSC and got confirmation of the address change. I'm from SR country, have my FIN on my H1B I-94. I have been with the same company for the past 6.5 years.
I'm based out of Miami, how about yourself?

I got my FP yesterday, only me not for my wife. Scheduled on March 30th.
Can I request for early FP?

You can try, I have tried 3 times before they allow me to do it.
You must be nice with the officer, he/she is who can give you the authorization.
Ask him when is a good time to do it, or which days they have open for reschedules and you can try on those days (usually Wednesday and Saturady).
