Congratulations!!!! You are the lucky dude.

Please post all info..

Was your I140 approved before? Or it gor appreoved with I485?

What is your FP1 date?
My ND is 1/29/03
Thanks...

Sorry for the typo, what I meant is

My RD is before your RD. But, I am not a concurrent applicant. My I-140 was approved 7-8 months before I applied for I-485.

That's one heck of an approval. We envy you :p

Congratulations.

Was there any REF?

I-485 Approval for May 2003

check this out............

Our Vermont Service Center (VSC) cases are showing an impressive movement. The most recent approval was issued on May 18, 2004, for a case filed just one year earlier, on May 25, 2003. This is a significant variance from the published times, which in recent months have reflected a processing time of about 18 months. The published processing date when this case was approved was February 15, 2002. Of course, there are I-485 cases that we filed before that date that remain yet been approved or even scheduled for an interview at the local USCIS District Office.

In addition, several cases were transferred for interview at the local office well in advance of the anticipated processing dates. The transfers coincided with the I-140 approvals. In those cases, the I-485s were only filed quite recently; about 6-8 months ago. The I-140s were filed a bit before the I-485s

Guys who have filed concurrently get the approval faster that is what INS is working for..........

hi gou,

just got my i140 approval 06/02/04, concurrently filed, eb3, no rfe's and no finger printing notice yet, any idea as to how long i should wait for the final approval of my i485? my notice date is 08/25/03 by the way...... and is it the standard operating procedures to transfer cases to local offices for review and approval?

thanks for the reply.
