Jan 2003 AOS Cases

Hi,
My LUD changed on 08/05/2004, got second FP notices yesterday(08/18/2004) and scheduled for 09/11/2004. I went this morning to Oakland,CA ASC and gave my finger prints. what's the next RFE/Approval?

Started consular processing, then company switched me to AoS

Tiger, If you have done your FP recently this is the msg you see. Our case displays the simillar msg after our FP.All you have to do is wait for the approval notice..

Case status hasn't changed after FP2

Hi,

we went for FP2 on 08/10/04. But the message on online casestatus hasn't changed even once. It still shows that they have received the first FP. there is no information about the FP2. Any advice on what should we do now?

yup, happened to me as well. Nothing online about 2nd FP.
Check your LUD. around a week after 2nd FP, you should see an LUD.
After that, probably the next LUD will be the approval! Good luck!

Could you please tell me what is LUD? I am new to this site. I was thinking LUD is last updated date. that is the date your online case status is updated. where should I check for LUD?

5 Minutes PP stamping Exp in Arlington, VA

1. Got appointment through Infopass for 9/30/04 9.30 AM.
2. Went to office by 9.00 AM.
3. Show the documents in front desk and got the token.
4. Called by 9.30 AM.
5. Submitted PP, Photos, EAD(s), AP(s), I-94, copy of appointment & Approval Notice.
6. Signed on a document and done with finger print.
7. Got the passport with stamping and come out by 9.35 AM.

Consolidated 2003 Tracker!!!

Guys,

Please read the announcement that is made by the Admin. There is a consolidated 2003 tracker for tracking the cases, please use that. A lot of time and effort has gone in to create and maintain them.
