Jan 03 files who noticed a change in the LUD last couple of weeks
Did any of the jan 03 files who noticed changes to lud last couple weeks , notice any change like FP2 received, RFE received or approved.
Please update.

Yes i am from vsc. I called the 800-375-5283 number. I told them that i have my 485 pending with RD and ND and my FP1 expired(even though i had couple of days left on FP1). Did not receive FP2 notices yet. Is there anything they can do to get me the FP2 notices.
I did not expect any concrete answer from them. As expected IIO told me that they can't do anything and Service center will send me the FP2 notices when they can.
Exactly the next day i saw the LUD changed but message did not change. This happened on 6/30. I haven't received any FP 2 notices or nothing happened so far.

My husband and I are on our 2nd EAD/AP.
Our lawyer received the FP notice couple of days back and the appointment was for today (8/13/2004). So he faxed us copies.
We took the faxed notices to USCIS center. They were hesitant at first since it was not the original notice but agreed after a bit. We had taken oru passports, EADs and drivers licenses as proof. They used the EAD as proof.
LUD: 7/30/04
FP 1 & 2 done in Alexandria, VA

Our LUD changed twice in June end. Then in July we got FP2 notice, scheduled on August 10th. We did our the FP2 on the scheduled date and now waiting ..... no change in LUD yet.
