Medical before I-140 Approval.

Hi Guyes,

I have seen on thread which tells me doing medical for 485 before the I-140 approval. Is this true? Can anybody tell me more on this becuase my I-140 is filled couple of weeks before.

Honestly I do not have any info about the previous Labor/140 appln. The lawyer has not told me.

I have already updated the INS Track database.

change of address

My I-140 is filed with INS in Jan with VSC. Seems to be INS sent some written notice, which was returned back to INS last week of March due to some wrong address. It could be RFE or it could be Approval notice. I did not knew that until recently and now i got laid off!!

Is there a way to update Address with INS. My ex-co is not responding for my requests to change address? Pls. help.

I do think you must atleast initiate call with Attorney to get him to talk to IIO. IF that does not work out maybe you yourself should call IIO. Yours is almost early Jan...

You are absolutely right. There must be something wrong with the processing. But the problem is the VSC is so busy, it takes forever to get in, I wonder how I can get the Attorney to call INS. By the way, what is IIO? Thanks.
