I got RFE on 15 July, to submit all 797 approval notice.

RD: 1/16/03
ND: 1/29/03
RFE: 7/15/03

Got approval for kid also. Still waiting for the spouse's approval with same RD,ND and FP.
 
Please Help !!!

I got RFE to submit all 797 (H1B) approvals. I have all but one. I am not able to get one H1B approval notice from earlier sponsoring company. Lawyer is insisting to get it.

Any suggestions...

I got a 2nd FP notice...........

Does this have any negative impact, or does everyone get it!!!

How can FP expire, FP never changes with age!!!

Jan 2002 RD

The online process dates report says that VSC is now processing 31 st Jan, 2002 - is that RD or ND??

If RD have you all with RDs before the 31st of Jan, 2002, received your approvals?
 
BCIS always operates on NDs.
The processing date does not mean much. It is some kind of an indication of mean/median/whatever . The most popular opinion is- it means all applications have been 'touched'. Whatever 'touched' may mean.
