Edison_NJ, From your name it is quiet apparent, still who is your senator. When I went to the senator's office the lady told me that she is going to send email to Vermont. Later she left me a phone message saying Vermont responded to her email and it states blah, blah, blah.....
Does anybody know what is the exact process senator's office follows in contacting service centers. Does they in turn goes through local congressmen.
