Hi All:

My I-485 got finally approved. After a long 5-yr journey (from labor), my I-485 was approved yesterday. I have updated RUPNET also.


Patient Dec 2001, Jan-Feb 2002 waiters, hang in there. I hope that your approvals happen next too!

Rsur, yes, it must be spring cleaning! Based on the progress (or the lack of it) the last 2 months with Dec/Jan cases, I assumed that my RFE response reached a bottomless pit. Very relieved to see that the 2nd FP and subsequent approval happened within 3 months of the RFE.

I know a friend (NSC 12/01 RD) who responded to his RFE way back in Apr 2003, 2nd FP May 2003, who got approved only 10 days ago (after almost 11 months past RFE response/2nd FP). I guess I should feel lucky!
