Jan, 2002 case approved. Stamping question

Our case is finally approved after 31 months' waiting. I received the stamping notice last week. But it mentioned bring I-94 card to local office. My wife didn't get an I-94 card when she used advance parole last time to enter the custom. Do you think I-94 is definitely needed? I called USCIS, their people said it is not, but you know their word is second to bullshit, I am not sure what to trust. Any opinion is welcome!

Normally when you use AP for re-entry, I-94 is stamped with a Adj. of Status message for I think 1 year. So if you have used AP you should have I-94. But I don't know if it's a big deal to not have a I-94 for stamping.

Take it easy.

Besafe,
I entered US two months on AP and did get i-94 with a special stamp in it. So I am not sure why your wife didn't get it.
Congrats!
